In the fourth quarter of 2023, the crime game genre on the iOS platform saw considerable player engagement in Brazil. Sensor Tower's data gives us a glimpse into the performance of the top contenders in this intriguing category.

June’s Journey: Hidden Objects, a title by German publisher Wooga, experienced a fluctuating revenue trend with a peak of roughly $13K in early December before dropping to around $5K at year-end. Downloads saw a notable increase in late November, reaching over 1.7K, while weekly active users (WAUs) concluded the quarter with close to 23K.

Singapore-based Phantix Games' The Grand Mafia Global witnessed a revenue uptrend in the final weeks of December, closing at approximately $11K. The game's downloads spiked to nearly 5K during the same period, and WAUs rose to over 18K, marking a strong finish for the year.

Another offering from Phantix Games, Mafia City: War of Underworld, saw its revenue swing upwards to around $7K by the end of December. The game's downloads surged during the last week of the year, with over 2K new installations. The WAUs also increased significantly, ending at around 6K.

Idle Mafia, by DianDian Interactive Holding, had its revenue peak at about $7K in early November and then saw a rise to just under $1K in the final week of December. Downloads for Idle Mafia were particularly strong at the quarter's end, reaching over 7K, while the WAUs experienced a remarkable upswing to more than 22K.

Lastly, Manor Matters from Playrix, based in Ireland, had a modest revenue increase, ending the quarter at approximately $1.5K. Downloads saw a steady climb, concluding with over 300 in the last week of December. The game's WAUs remained stable, with the quarter closing at nearly 14K.
